Healing properties and meaning of obsidian
Obsidian is a volcanic rock. The structure is not a regular pattern, which makes it a so-called 'amorphous stone'. The stone stimulates (self) insight and the clearing of 'baggage' from the past. Fear, blockages, traumas, limiting behavior and thinking patterns are broken.
There are several types of obsidian. Each type has an additional effect:
Gold luster obsidian: can counteract stomach disorders (such as digestive disorders and stomach ulcers). Furthermore, gold luster obsidian would let you focus more on creating and directing your life better.
Mahogany obsidian: helps dissolve negativity (fear, hatred) in the DNA. This is therefore a handy stone if you are busy with rebirthing.
Snowflake obsidian: helps with dyscalculia and is said to be excellent when attuned to animal allies and animal totems.
Rainbow obsidian: stimulates connection with nature and aura, and shows your beauty in everything.
