Return & refund

	Returns within 2 weeks At Beads & Basics you can return an article within 14 days after you have received your items. Products need to be complete and unused and in the original packaging. Products that are damaged or used can not be returned. Before you can return an item you have to complete the steps below.
	Steps for returns and refunds Exchange within 14 days Are you not 100% satisfied with (part of) your purchase? Then you can return the items up to 14 days after your purchase. Only complete items in their original packaging can be returned. Please enclose a note with your return with your full name and order number.
