The Beads and Basics Kit - What can you Make with it?
With our handy starter kit, you have everything you need to start making your own jewelry!
In this inspiration guide, we explain how you can make this jewelry yourself. All the materials are included in our starter kit, making it easy for you!

The ring + white beaded bracelet of elastic:
Thread the beads onto the elastic and attach a 4mm jump ring to the star charm.
Thread this between two spacer beads.

The earrings:
Attach a 6mm and 4mm jump ring to the shells and close them.
Attach the charm to the eye of the earring hook.
Hook the coin charmsonto the eye of the earring hook.
Bracelet with chain and charms:
Cut 4 short pieces of chain and attach them to each other with a jump ring. Then cut two long pieces of chain so that the bracelet fits around your wrist.
Now make charms with the white and black beads, alternating between 1, 2, and 3 beads on your needle for a playful effect. How? Watch the video below.
Attach the charms to the 4mm jump rings and finally attach an extensionchain to one end and a lobster clasp to the other.
Fishtail braid bracelet:
Cut 4 strands, 2 white and 2 black, and tie them together. Watch the video below to see how to make a fishtail braid.
I tie the strands together again at the end and tie the band around my wrist with a loose double knot.
Black macramé bracelet with connector:
Start by making the link or connector, you can use the video below to help you. Attach a 4mm jump ringto the star charm and thread it onto the pin.

The bracelet with cowrie shells:
Watch the video below for instructions. You can also tie the ends without gluing the spacer beads onto them.
Necklace with shell:
Cut the wax cord to the desired length and thread a cowrie shell. Keep it in the middle of the cord and tie a knot above the shell.
Now make a sliding knot using the previous video.
Necklace with beads and charms:
Use the video below for the technique. Attach a 4mm jump ring to each charm and thread it on, always between 2 spacer beads.
Chain necklace with charm:
Cut the chain to the desired length and attach a lobster clasp with a jump ring.
Make the charm with the beads by watching the previous video and attach this charm to the coin charm with a split ring.
Thread the charm onto the chain and attach a split ring to the open end.
