How to make Chain Jewelry with Beads - Necklace
Imagine a necklace that brings together the power of nature and the magic of gemstones. This unique necklace is carefully hand-chained and features as beads the beautiful Indian agate, a gemstone known for its deep connection to nature and its calming, grounding properties. The Indian agate is surrounded by subtle links that do justice to each piece of gemstone.
A charm of selenite hangs in the centre of the necklace and is known for its purifying properties and is often seen as a stone of clarity and spiritual connection.
To make the selenite charm, cut a piece of silver wire about 20-30 cm long. Using flatnosed pliers, form a small loop through which the stone will not slip and wrap the thread around itself a few times. Then wrap both ends tightly around the selenite, always with double windings after each loop, until you reach the top. There, twist the ends around each other for extra strength. Using round-nosed pliers, form a hanging loop at one end, while wrapping and trimming the other end tightly around it. Finally, attach the charm to the chain by opening the eyelets, hanging the charm from it and closing everything tightly with the pliers.
