Making a ring with Miyuki Tila beads
Ring making with Miyuki Tila beads
It's so much fun to make this ring, choose your favorite Tila mix and get started. And what is perhaps the best part, from this Tila mix you will still have enough beads left over to make a matching bracelet!
Materials used
Tila Mix Pistacio - Whole, half and quarter tila's
Clear Elastic 0.5mm
How to make
You start by arranging your Tila beads, for this ring we are going to use the smallest Tila bead that is in the mix. Then you start with step 1, you alternately thread a Tila bead and a Delica bead onto your elastic. You do this until you reach the desired length, you can sometimes put it around your finger to see if it is already the right length. When you have the right length you put a knot in both ends of the elastic so that it becomes a circle.
Then we go on to step 2, where we add the next row of tila beads. This is done as shown in the picture. And finally you go on to step 3, where you add the last Delica beads. When you're done with this, tie another knot in the elastic so it's secure, and put a drop of glue on it if necessary just to be sure.
